About the speaker Sally Fathalla is the Founder & Managing Director of Threaded Consult. She brings more than 13 years of strategic people experience across the MEA region, including HR roles at IBM, Vodafone, Careem, and Cartona. Today she builds scalable growth, culture, and performance systems for startups and enterprises. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in HRM from AUC and is pursuing an M.S. in Psychology.
